To all my Loving brethren,
This week has been simply ‘fantabulous’ – Met a ‘Tech Czar and sage-like’ person whom I wished to meet since 2004! Glad that the meeting didn’t work out THEN, as I would have pained him with my “Internal Dialogues”, earlier. Learned SAY that in this Cosmos – ‘everything’ AND everyone/someone would DEEPLY ‘conspire’ so that ONE gets WHAT ONE WANTs, at the anointed TIME, if ONLY the WANT is ‘pure’ like ‘spring water’.
Folks, through the mails received for the earlier blog, I was happy that some of you had that WANT - That ‘Yours Truly’ should meet Shri. KVR at the said time and day. Despite a great hiccup that happened en route, I did meet him after the ‘Aarthi’ at Shri Shirdi Saibaba Mandir (9 kms before Mahabs on ECR) 6.30 PM on Thursday Oct 28th. Do visit www.shirdisaitrust.org and www.kvramani.com if you WANT to know a glimpse of him- According to me he is the man who owned many ‘Ferrari’(s), made OTHERS own, gave away many as well – Is today monk-like, unlike a monk – AND through his single handed efforts, with the PUREST devotion and dedication to SERVE the ‘have-nots’ in humanity, without an iota of publicity, with his own money and material, he has enabled ‘smiles’ for around 12,000 SOULS and more - by way of education, for medical and food. Not to forget, the scores of new-age entrepreneurs and leaders he has mentored, inculcating Value Systems and the FREEDOM to THINK. Also sage-like advises to many who SEEK ‘Gyana’ from him at the temple premises or elsewhere. That’s Shri.K.V.Ramani (KVR) for you. The tall and handsome, yester-year techie-entrepreneur, a TRUE ‘devotee’ of Shri Shirdi Saibaba, who owes everything that LIFE in this birth has given him, to HIM. Folks, Shri. KVR is 60 years young!
I was really fortunate that he could spend 20-25 minutes with me in that holy ‘ambience’. He was more interested in helping me with more business through his references – WHEN I went there with a one-point agenda - Making this sage-like person share ‘nuggets of wisdom’ so that I can share with you!!! Through Blogs NOW and BOOK(S) later - He did ‘agree-disagree’ on my above WANT. Therefore, the next meeting was fixed, in a business-like environment where we can brainstorm more creatively. I’m waiting for that day.
Towards the end, I asked Shri.KVR for ONE ‘take-away’ to share with all of you-For me, It turned out to be a ‘precious THOUGHT’, a ‘Life Juice’ in this ‘Kaliyug’ for ALL of us - It goes as follows.. Relax, drink a glass of water, if required before you proceed. Again, it’s a ‘NEW-but-not-so-new’ thought. Consistent WILL to ‘SHARE and CARE’ is what he stressed.
’Everyone, DO Help At least One’ is the precious and ‘need-of-the-hour’ THOUGHT shared by him for human(e)kind - Especially in countries like India where there is Exclusive Growth! He goes on to add -for it to be ‘Inclusive Growth’, we all must be consistent in ‘giving’. Children and the elderly “have-nots” he refers to help/adopt. He says they could be (y) our ‘dutiful’ maid’s son or daughter or (y) our distant relative in a ‘not-so-good’ financial situation - who might require education, clothing or books, OR could be even (y) our chauffeurs’ aging parents requiring medical assistance. He stresses on ‘Teach a person to fish’, rather than a mere offering of a sumptuous ‘meal-with-a-fish’,though it may cure his/her hunger-pangs - that instant only!
Some of you may think and SAY “Well, Ravi – be honest and practical - My/Our day starts at 6AM and ends up at 10PM or sometimes midnight- Sometimes is ‘18/7’, week-after-week - Where on earth I/We have time? Also, all this CHARITY ‘business’ is for people in that “profession”; like religious trusts/corporate trusts/NGO’s!”- Very much correct, I am with you folks as well - However, the only sharing from me on Managing Time is that - “Folks, learned opine “Humans manage time; Time can never or should never manage humans”! Therefore they conclude “WE managing time is FREEDOM. Time managing US is “SLAVERY” (Sic) I share this with you as I have a vested interest that our readers do contribute in some way to human-good consistently and that they remain cheerful and happy, unruffled amidst ANY situation, whatsoever”
Well, for starters, Shri Shirdi Saibaba simply LOVED and SHARED with ALL - TASTEFUL ‘juice’(s) from all religious faiths, including their sub-faith(s), earlier humans invented, still inventing to further divide you and me! There is NO religious discrimination whatsoever. Simply, without “templates” and ‘reasoning one’s background’ - Unconditional LOVE to ALL on ‘Mother Earth’- Living and Non-Living, is what was/is practiced by HIM- With Silence(thereby perseverance) and FAITH (In Us first, thereby Consistent ACTION through faith in HIM) as THE ‘pillars’.

Folks, I knew Sri. Mathan Singh(a beloved younger brother I never had) as a rookie software Engineer in 2002 through G&W- Is today a Project Manager with one of India’s leading IT services ‘global firm’. Read on… the sharing, some may be ‘simply’ stunned! And if SO, do SAY WOW later!
As regards having children, we live in “We Two, Ours One” digital-age a.k.a Kaliyug. Earlier, it was a near-healthy “We Two, Ours Two”. Always before it was “We two – Ours more or many-many”. Tomorrow or day-after (also since the “same sex” practice spreading into Eastern minds as well) humans would say “We are already TWO, WHY do we need one MORE?” Given this context, in this ‘kaliyug’, Mathan and family, including the elders, his wife and especially their lovely ‘angel-like’ daughter of five years are now eagerly waiting the arrival of a new member to their family – Not through Mathan and his wife (because of a medical situation) - but, from an orphanage – A non-biological source! Am fortunate to have guided him in this initiative and I thank Almighty for that. ‘Yours Truly’ was able to reason out with his parents as well, who were reluctant earlier.
Hey, Ravi - have u changed profession as a Family Counselor? Ha Ha Ha - YES and NO. FELT that the WANT of having a sibling and that too from a ‘non-biological gene’ was from a PUREST source – Hence PUREST WANT. THE WANT of a SOUL - From their ONLY and “ALWAYS FEELING LONELY” daughter! And, everyone including her grandparents are now helping her achieve what SHE WANTs – i.e. Early arrival of a ‘doting’ sister, a sister to ‘share and care’, ‘play and sing’, ‘cuddle and sleep’. Hmmm... What I missed, in my childhood - very badly! I however THANK Almighty, NOW that I have two daughters who double up as ‘sisters’ - I never had!
Moving on, despite a highly ‘noble thought’, Mathan and me were simply shocked to find that, THAT WANT would take more time(In some, the wait is more than 4 years!) as most orphanages in India, South of India in particular, as we understand have a huge “waiting list” - Of childless parents waiting to adopt! That’s great news for the human-kind, isn’t it? None would be called ‘orphans’, henceforth! So no more painful revenge stories by so-called spoilt orphans in Kollywood or Tollywood! It’s however ironical that this SITUATION is the result of the reproductive hormones of humans becoming polluted (Obviously because of “chemicals” in everything we intake– from “cola” to “pill(s) for more pills’ to the ‘papaya’ TO the toxic smoke we inhale, people in metros would swear!) thereby deny humans the ability to reproduce! Strange are the ways of Almighty, isn’t it?
I sign off with my revered pranams to the ‘Warren Buffet-like’ Indian - Shri. KVR! My sincere thanks to the bus-driver of that Chennai-Pondy bus- Who reluctantly ‘halted’, at my sincere request, at the temple premises @ Krishnankarnai. I also remember with gratitude-a fellow co-passenger who woke me up from my reading to wade through the “cattle class” in the packed bus, most standing, some sitting on the floor as well in the bus-to reach the driver-To request him STOP at the non-scheduled STOP! But for THEM would have missed my (yours as well) first meeting with Shri. KVR and this wonderful ‘sharing’ of a healthy ‘Life Juice’ for Us! NOW, do you agree to the ‘Conspiracy Theory of the Cosmos’ Which helps us, all the time, if the WANT in Us is genuine and PURE? More on that theory and ‘HOW to SEE IT coming’ later.
Footnote: Would advise reading these two wonderful books and thoughts thereby – In the “The Monk who sold His Ferrari” by Robin Sharma and “I bought the Monk’s Ferrari” by Ravi Subramaniam. Intend only ‘keying’ the third one to end the Ferrari series – A rhyming topic is incidental – “Life’s not JUST owning a ‘Ferrari’, honey!” Any takers on WHOSE biography or auto-bio would it be? No prizes for guessing it right. I’m going to simply ‘further’ that WANT everyday to be a ‘typist’ in THAT endeavor.
However I would leave it for HIM, the Cosmos as well - To conspire towards the accomplishment of this particular ‘sincere’ and ‘Pure’ WANT of mine. For Mathan Singh ‘s daughter- Shall we all, including YOU and your wonderful family, nuclear or Joint - At least THINK that SHE achieve her WANT ASAP (of the arrival of a ‘non-biological’ younger sister), without having to WAIT for LONG. She is five years of age NOW.
